1. Return Request Period
- You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any return requests received after this period may not be accepted.
2. Damaged Product
- If you receive a damaged product, please provide an unboxing video showing the damage. This will help us assess the situation and offer appropriate assistance.
3. Missing Items
- If any items are missing from your order, please send us an unboxing video showing the remaining items. Inform us within 48 hours of delivery, and if confirmed, we will issue a refund for the missing items.
4. Exchange for Wrong Product
- If you ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges as well as the shipping charges for the replacement item. Please contact our customer support team for further instructions.
Store Dmygraphic Policy for Products
1. Order Cancellation
- You will receive a confirmation call within 24 hours of placing your order.
- If you wish to cancel your order, it must be done during the confirmation call.
- Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours due to production costs.
- If canceled after shipping, you will be responsible for covering the shipping charges.
2. Undeliverable Shipments
- If your shipment cannot be delivered by the courier, we will arrange for an alternative courier service. However, the product will not be returned under any circumstances.
3. Delayed Deliveries by Courier
- If there is a delay in delivery (e.g., 1-2 months), we will work with the courier service to address the issue, provided the delay was caused by the courier.
- We recommend tracking your order and contacting us if there are no updates within 15 days of dispatch.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed for eligible returns based on the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: Refunds will be processed if the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective via the provided unboxing video.
- Missing Items: If we are unable to provide the missing item(s), we will issue a refund.
- Original Condition and Packaging: To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must be in its original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, including all packaging, accessories, tags, and labels.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
- We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the product's safe return.
Rejection/Denial of Parcel Policy
- If a customer rejects or refuses the parcel after dispatch, the following deductions will apply:
- Shipping Charge: Two times the original shipping charge (covering both forward and return shipping).
- Packing Charge: 5% of the product value as a packing charge.
- These deductions will be subtracted before issuing a refund.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7 days.
Important Note: Refunds will only be processed if the following conditions are met:
- The product is not damaged while in your possession.
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
- The product is returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with the original packaging.
- You must provide an unboxing video for verification.
